What the fee covers
Not published for the assessment. Melios publishes only the price of its post-diagnosis ADHD medication package: £955 covering a free consultation, initial medication appointment, tailored medication plan, guided titration phase, three titration reviews and a shared care review, with additional review appointments arranged if needed. What an assessment fee would cover is not published.

The pathway they publish
Assessment format
Depending on the pathway: online appointments with a specialist clinician, questionnaires and clinical information gathering, discussion across education, work and everyday life, and input from someone who knows the person well where helpful and consented. Afterwards a clinical report sets out the outcome, including whether diagnostic criteria are met, strengths and support needs and practical recommendations, and the clinician discusses it directly. Assessment is based on recognised clinical guidance including NICE guidelines.
Appointments are offered within three weeks of completing any pre-assessment questionnaires.

Follow-up and review model
The medication package includes three titration reviews and a shared care review, and additional review appointments can be arranged beyond those included. Where shared care is not achieved, private prescribing and annual reviews may continue where appropriate. Post-assessment support may include medication support, psychoeducation and practical strategies.

Our note on this provider
Healios is the provider here: Healios Ltd, company number 08459279, registered in England and Wales at Vintage House, 36-37 Albert Embankment, London SE1 7TL. Its private, self-pay ADHD work is delivered under the Melios brand, and Healios Ltd is the contracting party named in those terms, so Melios is a service of Healios rather than a separate company. Healios Ltd is CQC-registered for treatment of disease, disorder or injury, and the regulator records that the service has not been inspected yet, so there is no rating to read either way. Assessments for children and young people aged six to seventeen and for adults aged eighteen and over are delivered online, combining questionnaires and clinical information gathering with appointments with a specialist clinician, a written clinical report and a conversation with the clinician about the outcome. Medication is the clearest published part of the offer: a package priced at nine hundred and fifty-five pounds covering an initial medication appointment, a tailored plan, guided titration, three titration reviews and a shared care review, with private prescribing and annual reviews continuing where a GP will not take on shared care. The gap is the cost of assessment. No ADHD assessment fee is published for adults or children, and no breakdown of what an assessment fee would cover is published either; enquirers are directed to a free consultation instead, and figures quoted on third-party directories have not been recorded here because they are not first-party. One further limitation is worth naming: medication support is offered only to people assessed by Healios under either brand, not to people diagnosed elsewhere.
