Which ADHD assessment route fits you?
Four questions about your circumstances — not your symptoms. This does not assess you and cannot tell you whether you have ADHD. It works out which of the three UK routes is actually open to you, so you are not paying for something the NHS would fund.
Nothing is stored. Your answers stay in this browser tab, there is no sign-up and no email step.
Answer the four questions above and your route appears here.

Common questions
- 01
- Does this tell me whether I have ADHD?
- No. It has nothing to do with symptoms and does not assess you. It only works out which assessment route in the UK is open to you, based on where you live, your age, what you can fund and how urgent it feels.
- 02
- Do you store my answers?
- No. The questions are answered in your browser and nothing is sent to us or saved. There is no sign-up, no email step and no record of your answers.
- 03
- What is Right to Choose?
- In England, if your GP refers you to a mental health specialist, you have a legal right to choose which qualified provider that is — including independent providers holding an NHS contract. It is funded by the NHS, so it costs you nothing, but waiting times vary and can still be long.
- 04
- Is Right to Choose available in Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland?
- No. Right to Choose is an England-only entitlement. Elsewhere in the UK the routes are an NHS referral through your GP, or paying privately.
