Why this exists

Most UK ADHD information is either clinical enough to be unreadable or vague enough to be useless. ADHD Resources Hub sits in between: what the pattern actually looks like, what the UK system actually offers, and what to do next week rather than next year.

01 — Our standards

How we write.

  • Answer first

Every guide opens with the direct answer in a few sentences. If that is all you needed, you can leave.

  • UK-specific

NHS referral routes, Right to Choose, the Equality Act, SEN support and EHCPs. We do not translate American guidance and hope for the best.

  • Sourced figures

Where we quote a statistic, we name the source and link to it, so you can check it and see how current it is.

  • No diagnosis, ever

Our self-check is a screening tool. It cannot diagnose ADHD, it says so plainly, and it always points to a clinician.

02 — The directory

Nobody pays to appear.

We do not take commission, referral fees or paid placement. Services are listed on what they do, who they work with and what they charge, and you contact them directly at their own rate.

Every provider in the directory has been verified against its own published information. If you run a UK ADHD service and want to be considered, tell us through the contact page.

03 — Privacy

We keep nothing you type.

The self-check runs entirely in your browser. Answers are not sent anywhere, not saved, and not associated with you. Closing the tab deletes them.

ADHD Resources Hub publishes health information, not medical advice. If you are in crisis, see crisis support.
